Potato salad with sprat and herbs

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 5-6 SALTED KEELS
→ 20 G DILL OR GREEN ONION
→ 2 TABLESPOONS SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)
→ 100 G OF FRESH CUCUMBERS
→ 100 G BOILED POTATOES

Cut fresh cucumber and boiled potatoes into cubes, add chopped fillet of keel and dill or green onions. Then season the salad with sour cream, transfer to a salad bowl and serve.
