Potato salad with sprat and peas

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ 5 BOILED POTATOES
→ 300 G SALTED OR PICKLED SPRAT
→ 30 G PARSLEY OR DILL
→ 2 TABLESPOONS CANNED GREEN PEAS
→ 2 PICKLED CUCUMBERS
→ 2 BOILED CARROTS
→ 1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED GREEN ONION
→ 1 TABLESPOON MUSTARD
→ 0.5 CUPS SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT)

Boiled potatoes cut into slices, each feather of green onions cut into 3-4 parts.

Pickles and onions cut into half circles.

Add to cucumbers and potatoes boneless fillet of sprat, green peas; mix everything well, season the mixture with sour cream and mustard.

Put the salad in a slide in a salad bowl and decorate it before serving with herbs.
