Potato varieties "adretta" (German selection)

Medium-ripe potatoes of the variety "adretta" bring as a harvestdelicious tubers of round-oval shape with small eyes, yellow skin and light yellow flesh. The mass of the tuber is from 100 to 150 g. 

In cooking, adretta potatoes are used to make mashed potatoes, potato dough (for cutlets) and vegetable stews.
