Potato varieties "Agnes" (German selection)
Medium-ripe potatoes of the Agnes variety give delicious tubers of an elongated oval shape, with very small eyes, smooth yellow skin and light yellow flesh. The weight of each tuber varies between 98-164 g.
Potatoes of the Agnes variety can be used for processing into French fries, production of crispy potatoes, frying and cooking with subsequent use in salads.
