Early potatoes of the "Ariella" variety yield large tubers of a round-oval shape.
The tubers have a light yellow skin and a yellowish flesh that is resistant to darkening after cooking.
The taste of ariella potatoes is good. Such potatoes are perfect for cooking vegetable stews, soups and mashed potatoes.
