Early potatoes of the arosa variety are characterized by oval tubersthat have a red rind and yellow flesh. The weight of each tuber varies from 71 to 135 g.They taste good.
Such potatoes are successfully used in the industry for the production of French fries and chips. At home, it is fried or boiled with subsequent use in salads or in natural form.
