Potato varieties "breeze" (Belarusian selection)
Medium-ripe potatoes of the "breeze" variety produce attractive oval-shaped tubers with eyes of medium depth, with not very smooth skin and yellow flesh. The weight of the tubers is from 100 to 154 g.
In cooking, the "breeze" variety of potatoes is used for frying, cooking, making crispy potatoes and salads.
