Potato varieties "Concord" (Dutch selection)
Early-maturing potatoes of the Concord variety form tubers of a long-oval shape with a yellow skin, light yellow flesh and superficial eyes. The weight of each tuber is on average from 80 to 120 g.
Potatoes of the Concord variety are poorly boiled, so whole boiled tubers are often served to the table as an independent dish. In the chopped form, they can be used as one of the ingredients of a combined salad.
