Potato varieties "dolinny" (Primorskaya selection)
Medium-ripe potatoes of the "dolinny" variety give tubers of an oval-rounded shape of a satisfactory taste. The tubers have a light yellow rind, creamy flesh and small eyes of medium depth. The weight of each tuber is approximately 60-80 g.
Dolinny potatoes can be used in cooking for making chips, crispy potatoes and ordinary fried potatoes.
