Early-maturing potatoes of the karatop variety form tubers of an oval-rounded shape with a yellow skin covered with small eyes, and light yellow flesh. The mass of the tuber varies from 58 to 105 g.
In cooking, potatoes of the "karatop" variety are most often used for cooking, frying and cooking crispy potatoes.
