Potato varieties "Karolin" (German selection)

Medium-ripe potatoes of the Karolin variety give delicious tubers of a rounded shape, with a yellow skin, light yellow flesh and small eyes. Tuber weight 60-120 g.

In cooking, potatoes of the Karolin variety can be used for the production of chips, as well as for stewing, frying in a frying pan, laying in soups and stews and cooking with subsequent use in salads and cold side dishes.
