Potato varieties "kolpashevsky" (Siberian selection)
Medium-ripe potatoes of the Kolpashevsky variety bring as a harvest delicious tubers of an elongated oval shape with a pink skin, white flesh and eyes of medium depth. The mass of the tuber is from 100 to 110 g.
In cooking, potatoes of the Kolpashevsky variety are used for laying in thick soups and stews, as well as for cooking in order to serve boiled potatoes as the main dish.
