Potato varieties "loshitsky" (Belarusian selection)

Medium-late potatoes of the Loshitsky variety have delicious tubers of an elongated oval shape, with a creamy-white skin, light yellow flesh and eyes of medium depth. The mass of the tuber is 90-100 g.

In cooking, potatoes of the Loshitsky variety are used for stewing, cooking with subsequent serving to the table as an independent dish, laying in boiled soups and stews, as well as preparing mashed potatoes, zraz and filling for dumplings and pies.
