Potato varieties "melamur" (Siberian selection)
Medium-ripe potatoes of the melamur variety yield a harvest in the form of delicious yellow tubers. Inside the tubers have a white pulp, and on top of their skin is covered with small eyes. The weight of each such tuber is from 110 to 147 g.
In cooking, potatoes of the melamur variety are used to prepare thick first courses, in addition, they can be boiled and served to the table as an independent treat.
