Medium-ripe potatoes of the pirol variety form delicious tubers of oval-rounded shape, with small eyes, smooth, slightly rough, yellow skin and yellow flesh. The mass of each tuber is 75-111 g.

In cooking, potatoes of the pirol variety can be used for processing into potato products (chips and dried potato products), stewing, cooking, and laying in soups and stews.
