Potato varieties "rosara" (German selection)

Early-maturing potatoes of the Rosara variety have delicious tubers of an oblong-oval shape with small eyes, red skin and yellow flesh. The weight of each tuber is on average from 80 to 115 g.

In cooking, rosara potatoes are most often used for frying and cooking.
