Potato varieties "sifra" (Dutch selection)
Medium-late potatoes of the sifra variety form delicious tubers of a rounded shape, with eyes of medium depth, yellow smooth skin and white flesh. The weight of each tuber is 107-150 g.
In cooking, sifra potatoes are used for all types of frying, stewing, laying in transparent soups, cooking with subsequent use in salads and cold side dishes.
