Medium-ripe potatoes of the spiridon variety form delicious tubers of an oval shape, with very small eyes, smooth red skin and yellow flesh. Tuber weight 106-140 g.

From the point of view of culinary use, it can be said that Spiridon potatoes are more often used for frying, laying in transparent soups and cooking with subsequent use in salads.
