Potato varieties "Tarasov" (Ural selection)
Medium-ripe potatoes of the Tarasov variety give delicious tubers of oval-rounded shape, with eyes of medium depth, red skin and creamy flesh. Tuber weight 90-125 g.
From the point of view of culinary use, we can say that the potatoes of the Tarasov variety are mainly used for frying and cooking (including subsequent use in salads and cold side dishes).
