Potato varieties "Tomich" (Siberian selection)
Medium-ripe potatoes of the "Tomich" variety give delicious tubers of an oval shape, with a blunt top, smooth red skin, eyes of medium depth and white flesh, slightly darkening when cut. The weight of each tuber is 92-175 g.
Potatoes of the "Tomich" variety can be used in cooking for frying, cooking, getting chips, stewing, laying in soups and making salads.
