Mid-late potatoes of the "veteran" variety form delicious tubers of oval-rounded shape, with eyes of medium depth, smooth yellow skin and white flesh. The weight of each tuber is 87-156 g.

In cooking, the "veteran" variety of potatoes is used for laying in boiled and transparent soups, making potato dough and mashed potatoes, stewing in a stew and cooking with further serving to the table as a main dish.
