Potatoes of the Antonina variety (Siberian selection)
Early potatoes of the Antonina variety form oval tubers with eyes of medium depth. The skin of the tubers is slightly rough, yellow in color, while the flesh is light yellow, with a pleasant taste.
When heat-treated, the potatoes "antonia" are well cooked, so it is excellent for making mashed potatoes and vegetable stews.
