Potatoes of the Delia variety (German selection)

Medium-ripe potatoes of the delia variety form delicious tubers of an elongated oval shape with a yellow skin and light yellow flesh. The mass of the tuber varies between 90-130 g.

Potatoes of the delia variety are used for frying, laying in soups and stewed vegetable side dishes, as well as for cooking whole, including with subsequent use in salads.
