Early-maturing potatoes of the jarla variety have delicious tubers of a short-oval shape with a yellow skin and light yellow flesh. The mass of the tuber is from 84 to 312 g.
In cooking, potatoes of the jarla variety can be used for frying, cooking, laying in stews and soups, as well as for making potato cutlets and dumplings.
