Early-maturing potatoes of the Kislovodsk variety yield tubers of an oval-rounded shape with a smooth red skin, covered with eyes of medium depth, and light yellow flesh. The weight of each tuber varies between 83-128 g.

Due to the fact that the potato variety "Kislovodsk" is poorly boiled, in cooking it is often used for cooking and frying, as well as for making salads, crispy potatoes and chips.
