Late-maturing potatoes of the "lady Rosetta" variety have delicious round tubers with a medium-smooth skin, medium-deep eyes with a red base and light yellow flesh. Tuber weight 48-123 g.
In cooking, Lady Rosetta potatoes are used for the production of chips, potato flakes, crispy potatoes, frying, stewing, cooking and laying in various soups and stews.
