Potatoes of the "Salin" variety (Dutch selection)

Early-maturing potatoes of the "salin" variety have elongated-oval tubers with a smooth yellow skin and small eyes. The flesh of the potato is yellow with a pleasant taste, and the mass of the tubers is from 84 to 119 g.

In cooking, potatoes of the "salin" variety are used for frying, cooking and making potato dough, in addition, they can be laid in mashed soups and vegetable stews.
