Potatoes of the "Saturn" variety (Dutch selection)
Medium-late potatoes of the "Saturn" variety form satisfactory and good-tasting tubers of oval-rounded shape with eyes of medium depth, smooth or slightly rough yellow skin and light yellow flesh. The weight of each tuber is 90-114 g.
In cooking, potatoes of the "Saturn" variety are used for laying in stews and boiled soups, cooking with subsequent serving to the table as a main dish, preparing the filling for potato pies and dumplings, getting mashed potatoes.
