Potatoes of the "sineva" variety"
Mid-late potatoes of the "Sineva" variety yield delicious tubers of an oval-rounded shape, with a blunt top and a depressed stolon trace, a medium-smooth yellow peel, white flesh and a few small eyes. The weight of each tuber is 60-104 g.
In cooking, potatoes of the "sineva" variety are used for making chips, crispy potatoes, frying in a frying pan, stewing, cooking with subsequent use in cold appetizers and salads.
