Potatoes of the Sotochka variety (Siberian selection)
Medium-ripe potatoes of the sotochka variety form aligned tubers with a light yellow pulp of a pleasant taste. The shape of the tubers is oval-rounded, the skin is red, reticulated, covered with eyes of medium depth.
From the point of view of culinary use, it can be said that the potato variety "sotochka" is often used for stewing and cooking, it is also suitable for laying in soups and stews.
