Early-maturing potatoes of the "spring" variety yield oval tubers with a light pink skin and small bright pink eyes. The flesh of the tubers is white, with a more or less pleasant taste. The mass of each tuber reaches a weight of about 100-130 g.
In cooking, potatoes of the "spring" variety are used mainly for cooking or frying. In addition, it is often used to produce chips and crispy potatoes.
