Potatoes of the "Sulev" variety (Estonian selection)

Medium-ripe potatoes of the "Sulev" variety form delicious tubers of oval or elongated-oval shape, with a white skin, light yellow flesh and superficial eyes. The weight of each tuber is 100-110 g.

From the point of view of culinary use, it can be said that the potatoes of the "Sulev" variety are more often used for cooking, stewing, laying in thick soups and stews, making mashed potatoes, potato filling for dumplings and pies, as well as potato dough.
