Potatoes of the Ukama variety (Dutch selection)

Early-maturing potatoes of the Ukama variety have delicious tubers of an elongated oval shape with small eyes, yellow skin and light yellow flesh. The weight of each tuber is from 90 to 170 g.

In cooking, ukama potatoes can be used to make soups, stews, mashed potatoes, potato patties (pies) and baked potatoes.
