Medium-ripe potatoes of the Ulyanovsk variety form delicious tubers of a round-oval shape of medium size, with a white skin of a flesh hue, light yellow flesh and eyes of medium depth, slightly colored in pink. The weight of each tuber varies in the range of 90-140 g.
