Radish of the "violet" variety"
The medium-ripened radish variety "violet" produces exotic-colored root crops. The shape of the root vegetables is round-elongated or simply rounded, and the skin is shiny and smooth.
The taste of the radish variety "violet" has a piquant sharpness. At the same time, the root vegetables are juicy, dense, and crispy. The weight of each root vegetable reaches 15-20 g.
Such root vegetables are optimally used in their natural form: they serve as a wonderful decoration of the table. In addition, they can be used to prepare various traditional dishes: salads, vegetable side dishes, pastes, masses (fillers for sandwiches and molds made of unleavened dough).
