Raspberry garden (cultural)
Raspberries take the first place among other berries – the incomparable taste, seductive aroma and healing properties have helped it become one of the most popular garden crops. As a rule, garden raspberries are planted in open, sunny areas. And the more the shrub gets sun and moisture, the juicier and larger the berries on it.
Garden raspberries are consumed fresh, frozen or processed. They are used to prepare drinks, jams, compotes, marmalade, as well as fillings for pies and dumplings.
In medicine, the syrup obtained from raspberry juice is often used to improve the taste of children's medicines.
