Red cabbage juice

To get juice from red cabbage, you need to take a large head, wash it under a stream of cold water, dry it with a towel, and then release it from the surface leaves.

Cut the prepared head into 4 parts (it is better to remove the stalk) and pass it through the juicer.

Strain the squeezed juice through cheesecloth and store it in the refrigerator. The shelf life of cabbage juice is no more than 24 hours from the moment of pressing.
