Red mountain ash leaves

The leaves of the mountain ash are openwork, large, with serrated edges. Dried rowan leaves collected in the spring, during the flowering of the tree, are suitable for treatment. As a rule, infusions and decoctions are prepared from them. In addition, in some cases, they are used as a disinfectant.
For medical purposes, the leaves of red mountain ash are harvested during the flowering of the plant: they are carefully collected and dried in the shade in a draft. Finished dried rowan leaves can be stored for up to 1 year.
