Relaxing facial massage
- Wash your face with warm water, preferably boiled.
- The index fingers of both hands, slide the skin of the face 5 to 6 times in the direction from the nose to the temples (respectively, right thumb to right temple, and left to left).
- Use your middle fingers to massage the wings of your nose in a circular motion for 30 seconds.
- Massage your closed eyes with your middle and index fingers, to do this, lightly press on the apples and perform rotational movements first clockwise, and then counterclockwise. (The optimal duration of the massage is 2 minutes).
- Close the left eye first and press the outer corner of the eye with the index finger of your right hand. Now use the index or middle finger of your left hand to massage the area around your eye. At the end of the exercise with the left eye, do the same with the right eye. (The total duration of this massage is 2 minutes).
- Use the index finger of either hand to massage the point between your nose and mouth for 30 seconds.
- Stroke the forehead from the bottom up from the eyebrows to the hair (make the appropriate movements 5-6 times), and then stroke the brow ridges themselves 5 – 6 times.
- Use your index and thumbs to massage your earlobes synchronously for 1 minute.
