Rice "bomb" (round)

Round-grain white rice "bomba" is grown in the south-east of Spain. During cooking, the grains of this rice do not stick together, but they absorb 30% more water than the grains of any other round-grain rice.

"Bomba" is great for making paella. The cooking time of this rice is approximately 25 minutes.
