Rice salad with smoked fish

Ingredients

→ 8-10 RADISHES
→ 4 TABLESPOONS FINELY CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
→ 200 G BONELESS FILLET OF COLD-SMOKED MACKEREL (SEE"CUTTING FISH") OR COLD-SMOKED HERRING
→ 1 CUP SOUR CREAM (15% FAT CONTENT) OR MAYONNAISE.
→ 1 CUP BOILED RICE

To prepare a rice salad with smoked fish, finely chop the radish, mix it with boiled rice (see the recipe "Japanese rice"), chopped onions and fish cut into small slices (see "Cutting fish" and "Processing salted herring").

At the end of the rice salad with smoked fish, season with sour cream or mayonnaise.
