Rice, tomato and smoked mackerel salad

Ingredients

→ 300 G HOT SMOKED MACKEREL
→ 30 G BUTTER OR VEGETABLE OIL
→ 3 TABLESPOONS SOY SAUCE
→ 2-3 TOMATOES
→ 1 TEASPOON GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 1 CUP BOILED CRUMBLY RICE
→ 1 TABLESPOON SESAME OIL
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG

To prepare a salad of rice, tomatoes and smoked mackerel, boil rice at the rate of 1 part rice to 1.5 parts water (see the recipe "Rice in Japanese").

Add salt to the finished rice, add butter or vegetable oil to it and pour it on a plate.

Cut the mackerel into boneless fillets (see the article "Cutting fish") and cut into small slices.

Wash the tomatoes, put them in boiling water for 20 seconds, then remove them from the boiling water and peel them. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Mix the rice, mackerel and tomatoes, sprinkle with pepper and add the sesame oil and soy sauce.

Mix all the ingredients well and put them in a salad bowl. A salad of rice, tomatoes and smoked mackerel is recommended to be served chilled.
