Rice "viola" (round-grain, gluten-free)

"Viola" is the first Russian glutinous rice variety. Its grain, which contains amylopectin and less than 5% amylase (ordinary varieties of amylase contain from 8 to 37%), is also intended for the production of special products of medical and baby food when artificially feeding children in the first year of life.

"Viola" has round pearl-colored grains and is mainly suitable for making viscous porridge and other rice dishes of a similar consistency.
