Rice, white rice short-grain "Italica"
White round-grain rice "Italica" is a selected rice of the highest quality, has a short, almost round grain and a soft texture.
When cooking, the grains of "Italica" stick together and the finished dishes acquire an attractive creamy appearance.
Because of the large "stickiness" of this rice is often used for cooking Japanese dishes (sushi), a variety of cereals, risottos, puddings and casseroles.
