Roman salad with herring and mushrooms

Ingredients

→ 500 G TOMATOES
→ 5 ONIONS
→ 4 WELL-SOAKED HERRING
→ 250 G STEWED MUSHROOMS
→ 250 G STEWED PORCINI MUSHROOMS OR CHANTERELLES
→ 200 G OF MAYONNAISE
→ 2 TABLESPOONS COTTAGE CHEESE
→ 2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
→ 1 HERRING MILK

Finely chop the onion, mushrooms and boneless herring fillet (see the articles "Cutting fish" and "processing salted herring") cut into small cubes, cut the tomatoes into thick enough slices and mix everything together.

Mix mayonnaise thoroughly with cottage cheese, butter and milk in a mixer. Season the salad with the resulting sauce.
