Rosamund potatoes (Finnish selection))

Medium-ripe potatoes of the Rosamund variety give delicious tubers of an oval-rounded shape, with a red skin and yellow flesh. Tuber weight 94-147 g.

In cooking, Rosamund potatoes can be used to make crispy potatoes, ordinary fried potatoes, and French fries. In addition, "rosamund" is suitable for laying in soups and stews and cooking, including subsequent use in salads and cold side dishes.
