Salad " Athens"

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ ROOTS
→ 300 G SEA FISH
→ 2-3 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
→ 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED PARSLEY
→ 2 TOMATOES
→ 2 BOILED POTATOES
→ 10 BLACK OLIVES, PITTED
→ 1 FRESH CUCUMBER

Boil any sea fish in salted water with roots until ready (see the articles "Cutting fish" and "Features of cooking boiled fish"), cool, remove the bones and cut the fillet into cubes.

Boil the potatoes together with the peel until soft, peel, cool and finely chop.

Fresh tight tomatoes pour boiling water, then cold water, peel and cut into slices.

Wash the cucumber, cut it in half, carefully remove the seeds from it with a spoon, and then finely chop it.

Cut the olives into strips.

Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add salt and pepper to taste and season with olive oil. Top the salad with chopped parsley.
