Salad " Black Sea"

Ingredients

→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ 30 G OF GREENS
→ 3% VINEGAR TO TASTE
→ 2-3 APPLES OF SWEET AND SOUR TASTE
→ 2-3 HARD-BOILED EGGS (LEAVE A FEW SLICES FOR DECORATION)
→ 2-3 BOILED POTATOES
→ 1 SALTED HERRING
→ 1 CUCUMBER
→ 1 ONION
→ 1 BOILED CARROT
→ 0.5 CUPS OF MAYONNAISE

Boil the carrots and potatoes, and then, together with the rest of the ingredients – boiled eggs, onions, boneless herring fillet (see "Cutting fish") and apples – cut into small pieces, and chop the onion.

Mix everything, season with mayonnaise, add ground black pepper and salt.

Before serving, decorate the salad with slices of boiled eggs and chopped herbs.
