Salad " Breeze"

Ingredients

→ 500 G SAUERKRAUT
→ 2 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL
→ 1 SALTED HERRING
→ 1 HARD-BOILED EGG
→ 1 ONION

Sauerkraut squeeze, season with vegetable oil and mix with finely chopped onions. Cut the herring into boneless fillets (see the article "Cutting fish"), cut into small pieces and put in a herring bowl. On the edges of the herring bowl, put the cabbage. Cut the egg into small circles and put it on the herring.
