Salad " Copenhagen"

Ingredients

→ SALT
→ GROUND BLACK PEPPER
→ MUSTARD
→ 4 TABLESPOONS MAYONNAISE
→ 300 G OF FISH
→ 1 SWEET AND SOUR APPLE
→ 1 PICKLE
→ 1 TOMATO
→ 1 HEAD OF ONION

Boil the fish in a minimum amount of water, remove the bones and cut into pieces (see the articles "Cutting fish", "Features of cooking boiled fish").

Pickled cucumber, tomatoes, onion and apple, cut into cubes, combine with pieces of fish, season with salt, ground black pepper, mustard and mix with mayonnaise.
